4.1 Cash Sales Only

Penalty for late payment (liquidated damages):

7-14 days late: 5% penalty of invoice value

 

15-30 days late: 10% penalty

 

Over 30 days late: 15% penalty + legal action

Storage Fees: R500/day if goods are held due to non-payment.

5. Retention of Title (ROT)

​

 

Ownership of goods remains with Coffee Rush (Pty) Ltd until full payment is received.

 

Unpaid goods may be repossessed, but we will provide a 7-day written notice before retrieval.

 

All repossession costs (transport, legal fees) will be charged to the customer.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

​

 

No Right of Withdrawal: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final.

 

Exceptions: Refunds may be granted for defective products if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 

7. Debt Collection & Default Fees

In the event of default, the customer agrees to pay all debt collection and legal fees, including attorney-client costs and collection agency fees.

 

 

8. Prohibited Uses

Use our services for illegal activities.

 

Resell or rebrand our products without written consent.

 

Introduce harmful software or disrupt our operations.

9. Intellectual Property
